Orders & payment

By placing an order with Indigo Blue Creations you agree to provide accurate contact and delivery details. Prices are listed in Ghana cedis (GHS). Payment is processed securely; you will receive an order confirmation by email once payment succeeds.

Shipping & delivery

We ship within Ghana. Delivery times vary by location; we will contact you if there are delays. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

Returns

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at the email on our Contact page with your order reference. We will work with you on a replacement or refund where appropriate.
